Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscription fees paid for Harvhills Payroll. It is part of our Terms of Service.
In short
Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the cases listed below. Because plans never renew automatically, you are only ever charged when you choose to pay, and the full amount (including VAT) is shown to you before you pay.
When we will refund you
- A billing error on our side — for example you were charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount different from the total shown at checkout. We will refund the incorrect amount in full, including the VAT on it.
- Where the law requires it — for example a right you have under Nigerian consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy takes away a right the law gives you.
- A payment taken but no subscription activated — if Paystack confirms a charge but your subscription was not activated and we cannot activate it, we will refund the charge.
What is not refundable
- A period you have paid for and used or had access to, including monthly and yearly plans. A yearly plan is not refunded pro-rata if you stop using the Service part-way through.
- Plan upgrades or downgrades you chose to make, or fees for features you did not use.
- Fees for a period in which your account was suspended for breaking the Terms of Service.
Before you pay, you can look at the plan, its limits and its total price on the Pricing page, and you can use the free trial if one is offered.
How to ask for a refund
Email admin@harvhills.com.ng within 30 days of the charge, with the company name, the payment reference or receipt number, and what went wrong. We will reply within 5 business days. If a refund is due, we send it to the original payment method through Paystack; it usually reaches you within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Disputes with your bank
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can fix the problem quickly. If a charge is reversed by your bank, we may pause the account until the dispute is settled.
